I wanted to write and tell you just how pleased I was with your company. The team of movers arrived on time and worked steadily through the day. I had some reservations about hiring movers by the hour, and for my personal move last year, I used a company which quoted me a flat rate. Although they were fine, your team greatly outperformed them in efficiency and care of furniture. I would highly recommend your firm, and give you permission to use this email, and give out mine, should you wish. This move would not have occurred if Cathy from your office did not contact me. She is wonderful, professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure.
