Growing up as a skinny kid, non-athletic or coordinated it was a long road to achieve elite level fitness status. As an adult, Chris was able to learn martial arts and achieve his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, win first place in his first Fitness Competition and now is training in gymnastics and MMA!
