Jorge M. Pérez (born 17 October 1949) is an Argentine-American businessman, philanthropist, and art collector. He is the chairman and CEO of The Related Group, a Miami-based real estate development company, which he founded in 1979. The company develops and manages apartments across the United States and internationally. As of August 2025, Forbes estimated his net worth to be US$2.6 billion.
