The Longing

The Longing is an adventure and idle game developed by Studio Seufz and published by Application Systems Heidelberg. The player controls a Shade in an underground kingdom while a sleeping king's 400-day countdown continues in real time, including when the game is closed. Activities include exploring caves, reading books, drawing and furnishing the Shade's room. The game was first released on 5 March 2020.
