Kim's Convenience (2016)

A Toronto shop brings family habits and neighbourhood encounters into the same comfortable space. The jokes come from pride, misunderstandings and people who know exactly how to irritate one another. It is easy company after a tiring shift, although family estrangement gives some stories an edge and the final season leaves parts of the larger story unfinished.
