Four Lions (2010)
Movie
Released
Chris Morris makes the group's arguments funny through specific misunderstandings, shifting alliances and the disastrous gap between confidence and competence. Returning reveals how carefully the conversations distinguish the men rather than treating them as one collective joke. It remains a very dark satire about terrorism, with violence and grief close to the laughter; the precision is the reason to revisit it, not reassurance.

About Four Lions
Four Lions tells the story of a group of British jihadists who push their abstract dreams of glory to the breaking point. As the wheels fly off, and their competing ideologies clash, what emerges is an emotionally engaging (and entirely plausible) farce.
