Dil Chahta Hai (2001)

Three friends discover that adulthood does not preserve their old balance automatically. Its relaxed conversations, urban spaces and differing approaches to love make the ensemble easy to enter, while the songs belong to the characters' changing moods. A good route for viewers who usually prefer friendship films to sweeping family melodrama.
