Queen (2014)

A cancelled wedding sends Rani abroad, but the pleasure lies in watching her become less apologetic about occupying space. Kangana Ranaut's shifts between awkwardness and resolve make this an inviting first watch. The travel comedy introduces Hindi cinema's emotional directness without requiring a grand romantic reconciliation.
