Black Books (2000)

Bernard's bookshop gives contempt a wonderfully impractical workplace. Knowing where a scene ends lets you enjoy Dylan Moran, Bill Bailey and Tamsin Greig building the disaster through timing, posture and escalating certainty. The dialogue is quotable, but the rewatch value is how three incompatible energies can occupy the same cramped room.
