The Great Kiwi Bake Off (2018)

Pies, bread, biscuits and pavlovas give the New Zealand version its own domestic flavour within the familiar format. The smaller pleasure is seeing how bakers personalise a shared challenge. It belongs as a companion to the British series, with the same qualification that a friendly tent can still contain a very upsetting afternoon when a bake collapses.
