Lupin (2021)

Assane Diop's tricks and reversals supply the momentum, while his family relationships complicate the pleasure of watching him stay ahead. The French thriller is deliberately heightened, so practical plausibility is not its strongest selling point. It works well when one person wants a clever caper and the other wants to know what keeping the secret costs.
