Slow Horses (2022)

The spy plot keeps moving while the rejected MI5 team supplies office resentment, wounded pride and reluctant loyalty. Jackson Lamb's insults are entertaining because somebody else still has to get the work done around him. It is a strong compromise when one viewer wants danger and the other needs an ensemble with lasting relationships.
