Bad Sisters (2022)

The Garvey sisters can wound each other with a remark and close ranks against an outsider a moment later. Their private humour makes the shared history convincing beneath the crime plot. Sharon Horgan's Irish drama is the sharp, funny starting point here, with domestic abuse giving the loyalty a much more serious cost than ordinary family bickering.
