Parks and Recreation (2009)

Leslie's projects repeatedly gather people who would not naturally organise their lives in the same way. The resulting friendships become generous without requiring everybody to share her enthusiasm for a binder. The short first season is less settled. Later ensemble rhythms make Pawnee feel like a place where even an impractical personality might find a useful role.
