An understaffed Oregon hospital gives different levels of responsibility a reason to collide. Nurses, doctors and management want recognition, control and enough help to finish the immediate task. The mockumentary is heightened, rather than clinical instruction. Its useful comic insight is how maintaining the appearance of coping can become another demand on people already busy caring for patients.
