Jericho (2006)

A Kansas town faces the aftermath of nuclear attacks through shortages, local responsibilities and uncertainty about who is still in charge. The community setting makes planning and trust concrete. The later conspiracy plotting grows broader, and the shortened run leaves more to explore, but the town's practical response remains the appeal.
