Search Party (2016)

A missing acquaintance offers Dory a purpose she finds much more flattering than her ordinary life. The dark comedy keeps examining what happens when feeling significant matters more than understanding another person. Its tone becomes increasingly extreme across the run. Choose it for the sustained exposure of a self-serving narrative, not a stable amateur-detective formula.
