Julie and the Phantoms (2020)

A grieving teenager makes music with the ghosts of a band whose own plans were cut short. The supernatural premise supports warmth, performance and the awkward pleasure of forming a group. This is a much gentler mood than a haunting thriller, though grief is central and the cancelled series leaves developments unresolved.
