Uncle (2014)

Nick Helm's Andy is pulled into looking after a nephew when his own life is in serious difficulty. Their mutual need makes the relationship more interesting than a child simply teaching an adult a lesson. The opening includes a suicidal crisis, and the tone remains frank. The comic progress comes from becoming answerable to somebody whose needs cannot always be postponed.
