Modern Family (2009)

The linked households make a blended family, an adoptive family and a more conventional arrangement part of one continuing network. The strongest jokes expose similar parental vanity wearing different social styles. Some stereotypes and later repetition are less successful. Its lasting appeal is watching relatives keep adjusting their idea of what another branch of the family needs.
