Scavengers Reign (2023)

An alien ecology continually changes what a stranded human body can safely do. The visual invention is integral to the characters' attempts to understand and survive their surroundings. It contains disturbing body horror, but the purpose is curiosity and adaptation rather than simply producing another grotesque surprise.
