Psycho-Pass (2012)

A society measures the mind and uses that judgement to decide who is dangerous. Police work makes the system's power concrete rather than leaving it as a philosophical slogan. Begin with the first season for the clearest ethical conflict, expecting graphic violence and a wider franchise whose later parts vary in focus.
