Sweet Dee in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia never quite accepts the evidence her own body supplies about her abilities. Olson's inflatable-tube-man dance is an especially clear example of an absurd idea carried through with total commitment. The series is abrasive and its characters are awful; the skill lies in making Dee's confidence and physical disarray coexist.
