Juvenile Justice (2022)

A South Korean juvenile-court judge begins with firm punitive instincts, then encounters cases whose family and institutional histories resist a simple account of responsibility. The series takes young people's offences seriously without leaving the adults around them outside the frame. Its emotionally severe cases make rehabilitation and punishment difficult arguments rather than easy signals of a character's decency.
