Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One (2023)
Movie
Released
The motorcycle-to-parachute jump has a thrillingly clear change of state: rider, falling body, then canopy. Cruise's filmed jump from a purpose-built ramp rests on extensive training and Wade Eastwood's team's planning, rather than the finished cliff image telling the whole production story. The adventure surrounding it is sprawling, but the stunt's clean silhouette cuts through the plot's machinery. Watch for that contrast between complicated mission and immediately understandable physical problem.
