John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019)

The horse pursuit changes Wick's usual relationship with traffic, height and momentum. Horse master Tad Griffith and the stunt department used a truck-mounted rig and safety lines, rehearsing the interaction with motorcycles before filming in New York. That combination of horsemanship, vehicle timing and Reeves's performance makes the improbable escape pleasingly tangible. The film's glass-house and close-combat passages add more physical textures, all within a relentlessly violent assassin fantasy.
