David Paymer

In Mr. Saturday Night (1992), Paymer is Stan, the brother whose labour sustains a difficult comedian. In Quiz Show (1994), he plays television producer Dan Enright. These roles show two sides of the supporting professional: absorbing another person's demands, then managing the machinery that presents someone else to an audience.
