The Incredibles (2004)

Extraordinary abilities become a family argument about work, frustration and being understood. Brad Bird gives every body a distinct way of moving, so the action is as expressive as the domestic comedy. The retro design holds the ensemble together without replacing character with a parade of visual jokes.
