Kōnosuke Matsushita

Matsushita opened an Employee Training Institute at the company's Kadoma complex in 1934. Its three-year course combined general education with preparation for company work, followed by another training facility for factory workers in 1936. This is an early example of building technical capability internally by creating an educational route for people who had not followed a conventional university path.
