Azim Premji

Premji described Wipro's leadership training as reaching beyond senior management into consulting, negotiation, customer understanding and cross-cultural work. An internal team combined its knowledge with specialist outside faculty, and Premji also taught. The useful feature is development linked to the capabilities employees need for larger client responsibilities, while still bringing in external hires and ideas.
