The Fantastic 4: First Steps (2025)
Movie
Released
The 1960s-inspired future is the attraction: optimistic design, a close-knit scientific family and a cosmic threat large enough to make their domestic bond matter. Matt Shakman gives this superhero crossover a warmer sense of place than the usual interchangeable cityscape, with Vanessa Kirby anchoring the family. Pick it for the adventurous, colourful end of 2025's sci-fi, especially if you enjoy retro-futurist worlds more than bleak predictions.
