Pete Edochie

Edochie's Okonkwo in the television adaptation of Things Fall Apart connects Nollywood to an older culture of broadcast drama and literary performance. His later appearance as the transport-company patriarch in Lionheart (2018) carries that authority into a film acquired for worldwide streaming. Follow those roles to see continuity across formats, rather than imagining that Nigerian screen acting began when the video boom did.
