The Phantom (1996)

Billy Zane gives a jungle-based masked hero an unembarrassed commitment to an old-fashioned pulp adventure. Simon Wincer keeps the gadgets, treasure-hunt machinery and period villains moving briskly. The colonial assumptions deserve awareness, but the film is worth trying for viewers who enjoy a lighter, tactile alternative to digital world-saving.
