Aristóteles Núñez

Núñez led Mexico's SAT during the 2014 expansion of compulsory internet-based electronic invoicing. The system used validated digital invoices, making transaction records easier to authenticate and cross-check. It built on a decade of earlier development and relied on certified providers as well as the agency. This improved the information available for compliance checks; it did not guarantee that every recorded transaction was genuine or remove the costs of changing businesses' systems.
