A Town Called Panic (2009)

The toy figures' limited movement is the joke, and the film keeps finding wildly inventive ways to make their birthday disaster worse. This Belgian stop-motion feature offers a very different comic rhythm from polished franchise animation. Best for children who enjoy frantic absurdity and adults happy to follow a film's own peculiar logic.
