Michel Bongrand

After working on Jean Lecanuet's 1965 campaign, Bongrand helped give political consulting an international professional home. With Joseph Napolitan he co-founded the International Association of Political Consultants and organised its first Paris conference in 1968. Campaign knowledge now had another route across borders: an organised network of practitioners.
