Romesh Ranganathan

The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan makes his own preconceptions part of the journey. In the Haiti episode, a local guide helps him encounter a country beyond the alarming headlines he arrived with. His reluctance and dry humour work best when the joke lands on his assumptions, leaving other people room to explain themselves. Choose this for a comic travelogue that can be entertaining precisely because its presenter is prepared to admit he does not know enough.
