Gillian Burke

Burke brings a biologist's interest in connections to her Springwatch work, including the smaller creatures that can be overlooked beside birds and mammals. Her calm explanations make it easier to move from recognising an animal to wondering what it does within a habitat. She also has experience behind the camera as a natural-history producer and director. Choose her for clear, attentive storytelling that treats an invertebrate as worthy of curiosity in its own right.
