Ed Chamberlin

Chamberlin has been explicit about wanting ITV Racing to reach people who only occasionally watch the sport. His approach gives the winner's enclosure, stable staff and the atmosphere of a meeting a place alongside expert race analysis. That makes a major festival easier to enter through people and stories before the technical vocabulary is familiar. Choose him for a host who draws on the specialists around him and treats an occasional viewer as part of the intended audience.
