Roman Kemp

Kemp joined Capital in 2014 and developed his celebrity interviewing there before television became a larger part of his career. Martin & Roman's Sunday Best!, followed by Weekend Best, offers a particularly clear adaptation of breakfast-radio companionship: guest chat and games acquire the visible family dynamic of working with his father. Choose an episode for the affectionate teasing and easy handovers rather than a grand reinvention of the genre. The programme's appeal depends on both Kemps and the team arranging the conversation around them.
