Chris Evans (presenter)

Evans began at Manchester's Piccadilly Radio before television programmes including The Big Breakfast and TFI Friday made his restless enthusiasm visible. Music, interviews and games were no longer only things to hear: the room, the guests and the crew became part of the spectacle. Choose an original TFI Friday music segment and the surrounding conversation for the sense of an event barely contained by its schedule. His louder style is a contrast to the quieter hosts here, and the production team's contribution is essential.
