The Big Bang Theory (2007)

Sheldon's roommate agreement gives ordinary household negotiation an absurdly elaborate rulebook. Leonard's attempts to live by it, evade it or renegotiate it make The Big Bang Theory useful here even when its wider social circle expands. Choose the earlier apartment-focused seasons for disputes about routines and whose preferences count as normal. The jokes can be broad, but few sitcom households formalise their incompatibility so enthusiastically.
