Warrior (2019)

Martial artist Ah Sahm arrives in nineteenth-century San Francisco, where Chinatown's rival organisations and the city's political interests limit his options. The predominantly English-language storytelling includes Cantonese and stylised language transitions. Its fights have Reacher-like clarity, while labour, immigration and divided loyalties give the conflicts a broader social frame.
