Parasyte: The Grey (2024)

A South Korean woman becomes entangled with a parasitic organism while others struggle to recognise which people remain themselves. The 2024 Korean-language series turns Pluribus's anxiety about individual survival inside another intelligence into much more explicit action and body horror. It is the most physically grotesque choice here, with a different emphasis from the Japanese anime.
