Fire Country (2022)

Fire Country begins with Bode joining an inmate firefighting programme in the Northern California community he left under difficult circumstances. That arrangement gives trust an immediate practical edge: people have to work together while carrying very different stakes. The larger series combines rescue action with family and redemption melodrama. Choose it for cooperation complicated by history, rather than expecting the crew's confidence in a colleague to be automatic.
