Continuum (2012)

A future police officer pursues rebels into present-day Vancouver, only to find that the institutions she trusted are part of the argument. The pleasure is watching a working procedural complicate its original definition of order. Four seasons give the time-travel story an ending, making it a useful choice when commitment and closure matter.
