Industry (2020)

For a new recruit at Pierpoint, a senior person's attention can look like protection from an unforgiving workplace. Industry makes that protection conditional: the same person may recognise talent, exploit it and fear what it could eventually displace. Start with Harper and Eric's early working relationship if you want competence and dependency tangled together. The financial setting is explicit and abrasive, with professional permission rarely arriving without a personal cost.
