Swimming with Sharks (2022)

A young intern enters a Hollywood executive's orbit in the 2022 television Swimming with Sharks. Access is offered inside a workplace where humiliation and usefulness can be difficult to separate, but the apparent beginner is not simply an empty vessel for somebody else's ambition. Choose it for a lurid, adversarial version of sponsorship and career dependence. It is the psychological-thriller end of the selection, not a reassuring account of learning from experience.
