The Fixer (2008)

In the 2008 British The Fixer, John Mercer is recruited into a deniable operation that handles problems the official system will not openly touch. Being offered a way out does not make the arrangement a free choice. Choose it for the fixer as somebody else's instrument, with the limits of the assignment becoming a continuing source of pressure. This is a violent crime drama, distinct from the business reality show with the same title.
