The Assets (2014)

Two CIA counterintelligence officers investigate the losses that will lead them towards Aldrich Ames. Jodie Whittaker and Harriet Walter make patient scrutiny and professional persistence the attraction. The eight-part dramatisation had a disrupted broadcast run, but the completed story is a strong discovery for viewers who prefer the work of identifying a mole to an all-purpose action hero.
